In today’s accelerated and ai-infused world, companies and creative professionals need new tools and models to keep up and stay relevant. I can help.
Our mission is to unlock your creative potential, empowering you to do more, think better, and be different.

Seven Habits for Highly Effective Prompting
Why Learn about Prompting?
- Only 14% of Americans have tried ChatGPT (even though 65% have heard of it) and of those, only 1/3 found it very or extremely useful. This means that less than 5% of Americans are using it to its full potential.*
- Knowledge workers improved their output by an average of 66% after limited use of an older GPT-3.5 model. Compare that to the average yearly labour productivity growth in the U.S. of 1.4% (and 0.8% in Europe) , and AI looks to be a seismic disruption.**
🤖 Gain Generative AI Proficiency
Practical prompting experience builds intuitive skills for collaborating with AI creatively. Fluency with emerging technologies like LLMs becomes a core competency.
🚀 Boost Ideation and Innovation
Prompting techniques like Tree of Thoughts facilitate expansive ideation by eliciting diverse perspectives. Mimicry and Role-Play produce insights tailored to your specific needs. Overall creativity increases.
🦾 Boost Confidence and Autonomy
Reduce reliance on rigid formulas. Develop expertise to guide AI on your own terms. Prompting proficiency breeds confidence and self-sufficiency with AI.
📊 Improve Workflow Efficiency
Prompts transform AI from novelty to utility. They optimize interactions for effective delegation of repetitive tasks, allowing focus on higher-value work. Workflows integrate AI efficiently.
🤔 Enhance Critical Thinking
Habits like Reflexion and Chain-of-Thought reinforce systematic inquiry, critical analysis, and sound logic. Prompting develops critical thinking muscles.
🧑🚀 Future-Proof Skills
As AI grows more advanced, mastery of prompting will prove ever more crucial. Foundational prompting skills will transfer to new technologies and contexts.
Through prompting mastery, learners gain human-centered skills to augment their abilities, amplify imagination, and unlock next-level potential.

👤 Jason Theodor
Jason Theodor is a seasoned Creative Executive, Experience Design Director and Creative Consultant with over 25 years of digital experience building teams for brands like General Motors, IBM, Citi, Nike, Canada Post, DHL, and PortsToronto.
His specialties include marketing, strategy, branding, and product design where he’s delivered innovative work for WestJet, RBC, TD, CIBC, FIS and Cooperators. He is trusted to integrate and infuse design into the agile (or waterfall) process and to ensure the best quality final product.
Jason’s facilitation skills and experience with delivery methodologies make him a sought-after consultant for organizations seeking transformative change. His passion for creativity drives his dedication to providing impactful and insightful work that inspires his teams, elevates the clients’ brands, and gives customers what they expect.
Co-operators – envisioning the future of insurance (2019-2020)
Jason led multiple workshops with client stakeholders to understand their goals and business concerns, then wrote and produced a series of videos. These served as a future state for the enterprise customer experience and leaned into the concept of “resiliency,” a prophetic theme to uncover right before a global pandemic. The C-suite loved the vision, and Jason’s team went on to redesign the Co-operators’ customer experience layer from scratch, designing new, future-proof products and services.
BMO Harris – complete responsive redesign for web and mobile (2017-2018)
Jason oversaw the digital transformation of BMO Harris’ personal banking experience, working closely with developers, designers, BAs, and project managers in an agile environment. Every sprint there was user testing and minimize errors and maximize the final experience, keeping the client in the loop every step of the way. The launch was met with much success and the iPhone app still has a 4.5/5 rating on the App Store.
PortsToronto – pedestrian tunnel launch experience (2015)
The launch of the pedestrian tunnel to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport was an opportunity to explain the airport’s significance to locals and tourists, but also to showcase its 40 different display screens now available to advertisers. Jason pitched and won the business, then oversaw the strategy and execution of the work. At the grand opening of the tunnel, PortsToronto Chairman Mark McQueen said it turned out just as he had imagined, only better.
Jason Theodor is a forward-thinking leader with a passion for unlocking creative potential and staying up-to-date with technology. He studied English and Philosophy, then three years of Graphic Design and Advertising Arts. In 2021 he obtained a Systems Thinking certificate from MIT, and currently teaches his own online course on conversational AI for creative professionals. His extensive experience in graphic design and digital product design, combined with executive-level strategic roles, equips him with a unique skill set to drive innovation in diverse industries.

All-Day Breakfast
Jason writes an eclectic ‘daily’ art journal called All-Day Breakfast which he describes as “a daily reflection on creativity and the human condition in the modern age — an unflinching journey through the intersection of art and technology.”
Inspired by the street-published chapbooks of Winnipeg in the mid 90s, this strange collection of poetry, photography, sketching, collage, parody, design, rants, music, commentaries, ideas and essays continues to surprise readers and the author alike.
Funny Not Funny
In 2022, Jason created one of the first published comics using AI art and text. While the use of AI for creative endeavours is controversial, Jason wanted to understand the possibilities and limitations of this new intersection of creativity and technology.
